AKSHITHA CHARITABLE TRUST is a non-profit organization headquartered in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
We have been actively working in the year 2023-24 for various social welfare activities such as Health Checkup Camps, Road Safety Awareness Programs, Day Celebration Programs, Skill Development Programs, Food Distribution to poor people, Cultural Programs, and Festival Celebrations.
The organization is officially registered as a Society (Non-Government Organization) in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh with NGO unique registration ID A.P. Govt. DC No. 2/2023.
The NGO registration was completed through the Society Registrar with registration number A.P. Govt. DC No. 2/2023 on 10-01-2023.
The organization is led by dedicated members including ULUVA SALAPPA (President) and other team members committed to social service and community development.

It gives me immense pleasure to share the Annual Report of our organization it all of you. The nature of governance with its inherent dynamics of Government and Non-Government mindsets and the professional execution of the negotiated mandate of the organization, make our organization a unique organization with unique character and this needs to be valued. Since the day of its establishment, the organization has been supporting remote and grass root communities to ensure decent conditions for life and work. Today I am happy to mention considerable increase in efficiency and effectiveness of our work as well as involvement of new thrust areas in our programs as a result of research and survey conducted by our organization. Our organization is extremely happy for this performance and hopes to continue in the same spirit for years to come, bringing solace and prosperity to vulnerable. I call upon our long-standing supporters to further strengthen our organization so that we can keep the organization relevant and live to the development needs of communities. Health Checkup Camp
Health camps are conducted by qualified doctors and healthcare workers at different locations. These camps provide quality primary healthcare services and help in early detection of diseases, prevention, and promoting a healthy lifestyle in the community.
Road Safety Awareness
We conduct awareness programs to prevent road accidents and promote safe driving practices. These initiatives include education, training, and community support for safer roads and disaster preparedness.
Day Celebration Program
We celebrate Children’s Day and other events with underprivileged children to spread happiness. These programs help build emotional connections and bring joy to both children and volunteers.
Food Distribution
Our organization distributes food and ration kits to poor and needy people. With the help of donors, we ensure that no one sleeps hungry and support families suffering from poverty.
Cultural Program
We organize cultural events like Independence Day, Republic Day, and traditional programs to promote unity, peace, and social harmony among communities.
